Tobin has been riding bikes for as long as he can remember.
No matter where his 15 year career as a senior urban policy, sustainability and strategic communications expert in the public, private and non-profit sectors has taken him, bicycles have always accompanied him – whether it has been road bikes in London, trail bikes in Vancouver or boda boda bikes in Kakamega.
As a Canadian with paternal Dutch roots, Tobin believes deeply in the transformative power of cycling and is proud to be supporting BYCS and their inclusive approach to cycling advocacy across the world.
